Traditional funders increasingly turn away to other topics, and competition is high. The Dignity Funding Sphere contains hundreds of donor profiles, hand-picked to support the financial resilience of civil society organizations, movements, informal groups, academics, social entrepreneurs, and individuals.

While program managers today understood the value of cooperation and partnership,  the senior management of civil society organizations is often left alone to find the best ways and strategies to build resilient and healthy organizational structures. To close this gap, the Phoenix Initiative for Human Dignity is a collaborative platform that combines a virtual encyclopedia of knowledge around the most important resources for organizational management with mutual learning from experts and peers around the world.

The United National Sustainable Development Goal 16 is both an outcome and an enabler of sustainable development and is closely interlinked with other goals. Without peace, justice, and inclusion, achieving goals such as ending poverty, ensuring education, and promoting economic growth can be difficult or impossible.
